Bookings at Loretto Maryholme Spirituality Centre:

Thank you for your interest in Loretto Maryholme Spirituality Centre. Every effort will be made to accommodate your reservation and bookings are subject to availability. Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required in order to confirm your reservation. The remainder of payment is due upon arrival by cash, cheque or money order

Retreat Facilitation and Spiritual Direction may be arranged for an additional fee.

Presentation/ AV Equipment:

For your convenience Loretto Maryholme has the following equipment available for usage: DVD, LCD Projector, CD, Photocopier, chart paper, whiteboards, and markers (Items may be subject to an additional fee subject to booking requirements).

Arrival/Departure Times:

For day use: Arrival 8:00am – 4:00pm

For overnight use: Arrival 5:00pm – Departure (following day) 3:00pm

If circumstances permit, arrival/departure times may be adjusted upon request and availability. For overnight use all guests are required to bring your own linens/towels. (Linens sheet sets and towels are available for a nominal fee).

Meals:

Individuals/groups for either day or overnight use provide their own meals. Loretto Maryholme has a full kitchen facility, plates, cutlery etc... A list of preferred local caterers is available upon request. Loretto Maryholme encourages the usage of all our supplies and if bringing your own supplies, all guests are asked to bring environmentally friendly, recyclable and or biodegradable items.

Please limit all waste.
