The Enneagram, Level 1
A Reflective Journey
Friday March 11, 5pm Arrival, 5:30pm Opening Session - Sunday March 13, 1pm
$450 private, $375 shared, $300 commuter
The Enneagram, a 9-pointed geometric structure and an ancient self-awareness tool, is an engaging and life-giving system that gently invites curiosity and gentleness into self-exploration. With insight from the Enneagram, you can learn to offer yourself and others clarity, space and grace about who you really are, how you love, how you struggle and from what unique perspective you see life. During this Level 1 Enneagram retreat, you will experience right-brained, peace-filled presence practices that are Enneagram based. You will also be introduced to many things Enneagram that will be both practical and left-brained based, ranging from intelligence centres, centres of expression, the nine archetypes and the unique spiritual journeys each type travels.

Spiritual Eldering
Friday October 28, 5pm Arrival, 5:30pm Opening Session - Sunday October 30, 1pm
$450 private, $375 shared, $300 commuter
Spiritual Eldering is a wide-open claiming of the experience and wisdom of one's own life. It is particularly helpful to collect one's own personal history when reaching the sixties and seventies. There is a depth of inner presence to oneself and one's life that doesn't emerge until that time. When we boldly claim all that we have experienced as wisdom, both painful and joyful, we offer back to life and those who know us a rare gift of a vibrant life. Through reflection questions, writing and meditation, you will recognize your own wisdom as a gift received and given.
Facilitator Brenda Peddigrew rsm
