​Anyone comfortable using Uber would probably find that the easiest - it is a lot cheaper than a regular taxi and a lot shorter time than a bus.
Alternatively, one could rent a car but that would not be for the faint of heart! But if not, then the options for public transit would be:
 
1) New service that runs from Pearson to Union Station, then GO bus to Newmarket and then YRT (York Region Transit) from Newmarket to Roches Point. Altogether this would take at least 3 hours depending on how long the waits between connections are.​
2) Bus Shuttle from Pearson to Richmond Hill GO centre takes 20 minutes. Then Viva Blue bus from there to Newmarket, then YRT #50 to Roches Point.
Either of these 2 options would be cheaper than taxi/airport limo, but would take longer. The Richmond Hill option would take the shortest amount of time on public transit.
