8 Bedrooms (4 singles, 4 doubles with ensuite bathrooms). All twin beds.
Amenities:
Wrap around enclosed sunporch, full kitchen with 2 stoves, living room, prayer/library space, 2 gas fireplaces, central a/c, 6 x 3pc. washrooms, 2 BBQ’s
Day Use (Group Rate), Monday-Friday: $500/day, $325 for half day/evening use.

1 double futon in living room (however the livingroom is not a private area)

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a booking, the following terms apply:
Individual Private Personal Retreats & Day Use Groups:
● Cancellations made one month or more before arrival:
● Full refund, minus a $75 administration fee.
● Cancellations made less than one month before arrival:
● A credit (valid for 12 months), minus a $75 administration fee.
Overnight Groups:
● Cancellations made four months or more before arrival:
● Full deposit refund, minus a $75 administration fee.
● Cancellations made less than four months before arrival:
● 50% deposit refund, minus a $75 administration fee.
● If another group books your canceled date(s),
● we will gladly refund your deposit, minus a $75 administration fee.
Loretto Maryholme Retreat & Program Registrations:
● Cancellations made one month or more before arrival:
● Full refund, minus a $75 administration fee.
● Cancellations made less than one month before arrival:
● A credit (valid for 12 months), minus the food portion of the registration fee (calculated per retreat) and a $75 administration fee.
Payment may be made by e-Transfer, Credit/Debit card or by Cheque

Assuming there are no damages or need for additional cleaning, the full deposit amount, less a 10% inspection fee, will be refunded to your credit card within fourteen days of your departure from the centre. However, in cases where there is any damage or additional cleaning required due to the service animal, the refund will be adjusted to cover the time and work needed to restore the cabin or grounds to their original state.
Deposits can only be made using Visa or Mastercard at this time.
