A large section of the open savannah is planted with wildflowers  suitable to our hot, dry sandy gravel soil. 
This section is mowed or  burned yearly to manage 
the plants. We do minimal weeding to  remove invasive species that blow in from the fields.

will bring you to a chair where you can sit surrounded by and immersed in flowers.
