Driving Directions: From Toronto via Public Transit

Anyone comfortable using Uber would probably find that the easiest - it is a lot cheaper than a regular taxi and a lot shorter time than a bus. Alternatively, one could rent a car but that would not be for the faint of heart! But if not, then the options for public transit would be: Take GO bus or Viva Blue to Newmarket Bus Terminal then transfer to a YRT (York Region Transit) bus #50. It goes through Keswick and then to Roches Point. The stop is at Raines Street. The centre is a 5 minute walk from here. (You can ask the driver to let you off at Metro Rd and Bouchier St--sometimes they will do that.) Then just walk up Raines Street and turn left at Osbourne Street. Walk until Bouchier Street and turn right, a few yards, until you see the stone half wall and our sign inside our stone gateposts. |
